Hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier", and third parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") who order long-distance passenger car transportation from the Carrier.

1.2. Definitions of terms:

  • Carrier: Air Taxi, s.r.o., which provides transportation of persons by road motor vehicles.
  • Customer: A natural or legal person who concludes a Transportation Contract with the Carrier.
  • Passenger: A natural person who is actually transported based on the Customer's order.
  • Occasional long-distance transportation: A passenger car transportation service on a pre-determined and agreed route, arranged based on a previous order. This is not a street taxi service using a taximeter.

1.3. These GTC are an integral part of each concluded Transportation Contract between the Carrier and the Customer.

2. Transportation Order and Conclusion of the Contract

2.1. The Customer can order transportation via:

2.2. The order must contain: the customer's name and surname, contact details (telephone, e-mail), exact place and time of pick-up, destination, number of passengers, and any requirements for oversized luggage or child car seats. Corporate customers (legal entities or self-employed persons) must also provide the company name and invoicing details (IČO, or VAT number if applicable).

2.3. The contractual relationship only arises when the Carrier confirms the Customer's order in writing (by e-mail or SMS). Sending a non-binding request from the website does not guarantee the availability of the vehicle.

2.4. Transportation of minors: Transportation of persons under the age of 18 may only be ordered by their legal representative, who bears full responsibility for the minor throughout the entire journey and guarantees the accuracy of all provided data (e.g. age for determining the appropriate type of car seat).

3. Price and Payment Terms

3.1. The price for transportation is contractual and is communicated to and agreed with the Customer in advance as part of the order confirmation. The price includes the transportation itself, highway tolls and passenger insurance.

3.2. The Customer may pay for the transport in the following ways:

  • In cash to the driver immediately before the start of the journey or after its completion
  • By payment card via a mobile payment terminal in the vehicle
  • By bank transfer or QR code based on an advance invoice before the transport is carried out
  • By bank transfer or QR code after the transport is carried out (applies exclusively to established contractual clients based on a prior agreement)
  • By monthly invoicing with a summary of all journeys for the calendar month (applies exclusively to corporate clients with a written framework transport contract)

3.3. The Carrier reserves the right to require a deposit (or full payment) in advance for long-distance routes or for new customers. If the deposit is not paid on time, the Carrier has the right to withdraw from the contract and not provide the vehicle. This provision does not apply to corporate clients with an approved monthly invoicing regime or agreed post-journey payment terms.

4. Cancellation Policy and Waiting Period

4.1. Since long-distance transport requires reserving the vehicle and driver for an extended period, the following cancellation fees apply when a confirmed order is cancelled by the Customer:

FREECancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up
50%Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up — cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed transport price
100%Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up, or failure to appear (No-show) — cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed transport price

4.2. Waiting time: When picking up at a standard address (hotel, residence), the ride price includes 15 minutes of driver waiting time. When picking up at an airport, the ride price includes 30 minutes of waiting from the actual landing of the aircraft. After this complimentary period, the Carrier is entitled to charge a waiting fee (the rate per commenced hour is stated in the current price list on the Carrier's website), or to cancel the ride as a no-show (with a claim for 100% of the agreed price).

5. Rights and Obligations of Passengers During Transportation

5.1. Throughout the journey, the passenger is obliged to follow the driver's instructions, wear a seat belt, and behave in a manner that does not endanger road safety or the driver.

5.2. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all Carrier vehicles, as is the consumption of alcohol and narcotic substances.

5.3. The driver is entitled to refuse transportation or terminate a journey immediately without any refund if:

  • The passenger is visibly under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances
  • The passenger is aggressive or behaves in a grossly offensive manner towards the driver
  • The passenger's clothing or luggage is visibly soiled and poses a risk of damage to the vehicle interior

5.4. Luggage and animals: Oversized luggage must be reported in advance. Live animals may only be transported following prior agreement and exclusively in securely fastened transport carriers designated for this purpose.

5.5. Vehicle damage: If a passenger soils the vehicle interior or causes mechanical damage, the Customer is obliged to cover the costs of professional cleaning or repair (minimum 3,000 CZK) and any compensation for lost revenue during the period the vehicle is out of service.

6. Carrier's Liability and Force Majeure

6.1. The Carrier undertakes to carry out transportation safely, without interruption, and at the agreed time.

6.2. The Carrier bears no liability for delays or failure to carry out transportation caused by objective force majeure circumstances beyond the driver's control (extreme adverse weather, motorway incidents, accidents caused by third parties, road closures, strikes, etc.).

6.3. The Carrier strongly recommends that customers plan long-distance journeys (especially to airports) with a sufficient time buffer. The Carrier is not liable for damages arising from a missed connecting flight due to a delay caused by force majeure.

7. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

7.1. The protection of personal data of the Customer and Passengers is ensured in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

8.1. If the Customer is a consumer and a dispute arises that cannot be resolved by direct agreement with the Carrier, the Customer has the right to seek out-of-court resolution of the consumer dispute.

8.2. The competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA). Further information is available at www.coi.cz.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These GTC are drawn up in the Czech language. Legal relations between the Carrier and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code.

9.2. The Carrier reserves the right to amend or supplement these GTC to a reasonable extent. The new version of the GTC takes effect on the date of its publication on the website www.airtaxibrno.cz.

9.3. These GTC enter into force and effect on 4th July 2026.
