The fixed price for a transfer from Brno to Vienna International Airport (VIE) is 3 400 CZK in a Škoda Superb Sportline for up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases, or 3 900 CZK in a Mercedes-Benz Vito for up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases. Both options include door-to-door service, flight monitoring, and free waiting time.

The fixed price for a transfer from Brno to Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is 5 200 CZK for the entire vehicle. A Škoda Superb Sportline carries up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases; a Mercedes-Benz Vito carries up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases. The journey takes approximately 2 hours 10 minutes.

The fixed price for a transfer from Brno to Bratislava Airport (BTS) is 3 400 CZK for the entire vehicle. A Škoda Superb Sportline carries up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases; a Mercedes-Benz Vito carries up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. For modifications or late cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

We provide executive airport transfers from Brno to Vienna International Airport (VIE), Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG), Bratislava Airport (BTS), and Budapest Airport (BUD). We also offer custom routes to other European airports on request.

Yes. We track your flight in real time using live flight data. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts the pickup time at no extra charge. You do not need to call us — we handle it proactively.

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name. We cover all terminals at each airport. For Vienna Airport, we serve all terminals at VIE. For Prague Airport, we serve Terminal 1 (international) and Terminal 2 (Schengen). For Bratislava Airport, we serve the main terminal.

We include 30 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups (to allow for customs, baggage claim, and immigration). For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. Additional waiting time is charged at 400 CZK per 1 hour.

Yes. All our transfers are door-to-door. We pick you up from any address in Brno and the surrounding region — your home, hotel, office, or any other location.

Yes. We operate transfers in both directions — from Brno to the airport and from the airport back to Brno. You can book a return trip at the same time as your outbound transfer.

Our vehicles are the Škoda Superb Sportline, a premium executive sedan for up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases, and the Mercedes-Benz Vito for up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases. For larger groups, we arrange multiple vehicles or ask you to contact us directly. All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and regularly maintained.

The Škoda Superb Sportline accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. The Mercedes-Benz Vito accommodates up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases. Select the Vito for groups of 4–7 passengers or whenever your luggage exceeds the Superb capacity.

Yes. All our drivers are professionally licensed, experienced, and background-checked. They speak English and Czech, dress professionally, and are trained to provide a discreet, executive-level service.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our vehicles so you can work or stay connected during the journey.

Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available on request. Please mention the child's age and weight when booking so we can prepare the correct seat.

We accept cash (CZK or EUR), credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and QR code payment. Payment can be made during the journey or in advance by bank transfer.

Yes. We accept payment in both Czech crowns (CZK) and euros (EUR). The EUR equivalent is calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

Yes. We issue tax invoices for corporate clients. Please provide your company details (name, address, registration number/VAT number) when booking or after the journey.
