Our Škoda Superb Sportline has a large 625-litre boot, comfortably fitting up to 3 large suitcases plus carry-on bags. The Mercedes-Benz Vito accommodates up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases. For larger groups or extra equipment, please contact us directly so we can plan multiple vehicles where needed.
Yes. We carry approved child seats and booster seats for all age groups - infant (0–13 kg), toddler (9–18 kg), and child (15–36 kg). Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so we fit the correct seat before your journey. Child seats are provided at no extra charge.
For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time and include 30 minutes of free waiting time. For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes are included. Additional waiting time is charged at 400 CZK per hour.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For weddings, multi-day trips abroad, and large group bookings, we suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead. That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests - just call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.
Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the journey - cash (CZK or EUR) or card. For corporate and contract clients, invoiced payment is available. A deposit may be required for long-distance or multi-day bookings. We will confirm payment terms when confirming your booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged at the full rate. For weddings and multi-day bookings, specific cancellation terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
Yes - flexibility is one of our key advantages over public transport and standard taxis. You can add stops, change the destination, or extend the journey at any time. Additional distance or waiting time will be charged at the agreed per-km or hourly rate.
